Poor Service delivery

I was Gravely dissapointed about Poor service I experinced at Jeppe Post office. I politely Greeted Rebecca Legodi and she ignored my Greetings and asked me How can she helped me? I asked her to certified Me
copy of my ID . She told me they are under staff and I must try somewhere Else. I hope her Bad attitude and
bad manners can soon be corrected before is too late. We undertand of Strike that is Taking place and we
appreciate Her efforts of Providing a Service but not in the manner she's conducting Herself. Please she must stop taking advantage of situation.
Hope this will be corrected by Management.
