My swivel chair was damaged and Chris Vermeulen trading as RRR Office Solutions collected the chair for repair and returned it the next day at a cost of R905-00. Unfortunately I left on vacation and could only test the chair two weeks later when I found it had been damaged and was unusable. All SMS messages and emails (and there were many) were ignored completely. When I managed to speak to Vermeulen he undertook to call the following Tuesday and look at the problem. He did not turn up. This was repeated and again he did not turn up. When I took the chair to a professional repair workshop they informed me that the work done by RRR Office Solutions was such that the chair was almost damaged beyond repair.
