Beauconstance
False advertising!

I booked a Groupon for a set of eyelash extensions for my wedding from Beauconstance, or at least this is what I was lead to believe. I looked at their website & they looked like an upmarket establishment.

When I phoned to book my appointment they made no mention that Annelize doesnt work for them, but only disclosed a call or two later that she rents a room there & is independant of Beauconstance. She was unprofessional & returned none of my calls/msgs when I tried to confirm the change of address for her mobile service, which I paid extra, direct to her bank!

I feel cheated that she was allowed to advertise under the Spa's name & have since requested a refund from Groupon, even though Annelize has cashed the money but my appoinment was only for the 30th March (my wedding day!).

Annelize also promised to return my R50 & I am still waiting (since the 5th)! She has my bank details. I WILL report her to the police for if not received in the next week. I have proof of her promise to return the money. This woman's attitude & sloppy work ethic reflects terribly on Beauconstance, both of whom I'll avoid in future. Beauconstance should know their name is being tarnished by her!
