Gun City-Friend or?

In December 2011 I purchased and paid for two firearms from Gun City Boksburg. Johann the owner assisted me and advised he would handle the application for licences. During 2012 after several visits and numerous phone call I established that my applications have not yet been submitted due to serial numbers not been available. I have spent the first three months of this year, one visit, sixteen recorded phone calls and messages still to no avail. This saga is ongoing for fifteen months and has nothing to do with the recent move. I have had all the excuses like I am in hospital, I am hunting, I sent them via SMS, I gave them to the person who handles my applications, this person no longer works for me, our fax and phone lines are down etc. etc.
