Not clear in explanation of services rendered

Quote included already charged call out fee to replace Pool Cleaning equipment and pump valve and setting of timer. Never explained that the pool equipment is "standard" size hosing and also did not ask or measure initially the size of pool (after charging call out fee).
After installation, equipment failed 10 mins after installation. Call to office resulted in no response.
