Beware of Vehicle Damage from these guys

In 2002 I took my then car to The Car Wash in life-Style Centre, Kloof Street, Gardens Cape Town. I have been going there since.
Two weeks ago, I took my car for a Mini Valet and after collecting the car, I noticed it was not properly done.
A few days later, I returned to have the car redone. Upon collection I noticed that a flap on my dash board was broken. I showed theowner and the manager said that none of the staff had cleaned the interior and in fact he was the only one who had been into the car. Therefore they were not responsible for any damage to the interior. When I brought the car in the dash board was fine and now it is broken!
The cars agents told me that the whole dash board panel would have to be replaced at an approximate cost of R2000.00.
I saw Glyn Hill the following day and approached him to see if he would at least contribute towards the repair. He became aggressive and physically 'pumped' himself up in a threatening and intimidating way, telling me to "F--K Off! " I want to warn everyone else to be aware of this 'nastiness' and ugly behaviour. You have no recourse if these guys damage your car.
