Appalling Service

On Sunday my daughter arranged a cab to collect a group of 7 people from our house tonight at 9 pm. She received a confirmation sms that same day with all the correct details of the booking. Tonight, after numerous phone calls a car eventually arrived at 9.40 pm, and it was only a 5 seater. What shocking service that just typifies what we have become used to from South African service providers. Needless to say the next time my daughter and her friends want to go to a club, they won't be using this company!!
