In January I requested to be allocated a parking in Thorpe Street Parking and was told that there is a waiting list by Francis. A few days later however I received an application form and asked to pay a deposit of R1000. After a lot of mails and trying to find out what is going on in late February, I was finally told to bring the printed documents because they haven't got a printer that can print. I took the documents and again no response. When I enquired again, I was issued with a token and told that I can park at Loveday street. I indicated that I had never requested to park there, but they said there was no parking at thorpe street and the form that I had filled in was for Loveday Wemer parkade, and they never indicated I can park on a monthly basis at Thorpe street parkade. 17 mails later and 2 weeks and I still have not been refunded my deposit of R1000. Everytime there is something else. Then they need my bank details, Then I need to drop it off at their office, then they only pay on Thursdays etc. etc. etc. I have honestly not come accross this bad attitude in a long time and am fed-up with all their issues, incapabilities and incompetence of the staff.
