Very professional, what a welcome change

I had a meeting at 1 Ameshoff street on Friday and I was blown away at the professionalism of the parking/ security attendant to the receptionist. I attend meeting at all the large corporates on a continuous basis and always have an issue with getting into the parking garage despite having booked a parking, then getting into the building and then having to interrupt receptionists private conversation while trying to sign in. When I arrived at Liberty's parkade I was my usual apprehensive self and the gentlemen immediately indicated I should keep driving in and then bowled me over when he greeted me by name, he then also was very clear about where I should park and then how I enter the building. When I got to reception the ladies were equally professional, friendly and efficient and then the intern who collected me was also lovely, friendly and well spoken. I know this is what we should be expecting but in this day and age its rare and I cant believe how it has changed my image of your company. Well done Liberty, clearly your training and culture ARE working!
