28 Feb Parcel from America arrived. Till today NO Delivery. it is Urgent and nobody knows where the parcel is and SAPO phone just rings and rings with NO answer at all, even holding for 45min didn't help at all. Tracking Number: RR011350679VU. I am going on holiday and i need the medication like YESTERDAY.
