I placed this order (and paid) early in January. Three weeks later I called their call centre to enquire as to when I can expect to have my problem attended to? I was advised that an agent would contact me in the next 24 hours to make an arrangement for installation. Needless to say I am still waiting for that call. I have called several times with the same response. All this - despite living less than 10 minutes drive from their offices. I fail to see what the problem is. Seems to be this company is simply living off the interest of all the payments they have received as there seems to have been little work done here to address the backlog of service calls.

I will be filing a consumer complaint in the next month if this issue is not resolved, and I urge others to do the same. My reference number in case anyone from Karebo actually actions these listings is 1043162
