Unauthorised subscription and billing

I have been billed R20 a day by smartcall and been subscribed without my knwladge and I want to be unsubscribed and refunded my money ASAP, I tried calling them in 011 507 4630 which is the number my service provider gave me cellc and tried sending STOP to 31295 and with no luck tried sending the emails with no response
