Terrible after service and pooling leaking 2 month

Our pool was installed on the 7th of January but found endless problems since then. When we approached Desmond to sort this out and he gave us endless excuses. He did come through on 2 occasions but the pool is still leaking (not sure if anything was done)
Desmond has been promising to come and sort out the pool for the last month now but he each time. He is one of the companies that sell their services so well but when it's time to sort out issues, they are too busy. I will never recommend a person like him or company.
