Pathetic service from the worst Post Office

How long will my parcel take to get to me maybe a month. I dont care if you cant control your employees if they go on illegal strikes that is not our problem as the customer. You should have back up plans in case of this happening. My parcel tracking number PE758943872ZA. If you could shed some light on it.
Your call centre is very unhelpful and unfriendly yet another problem you must sort out.
