Unacceptable Cinnabons & no response to complaint

On Sunday evening I sent Cinnabon this message on their Facebook page:

Goodday,

I am a huge Cinnabon fan and never leave Canal Walk without purchasing. About two weeks ago I purchased four cinnabons from the food court. When I got home and opened them they were extremely dry and hard. Needless to say they were, at the least, unenjoyable. Last night I purchased a Pecanbon again from the Cinnabon in the food court. This one looked moist from the outside but when I cut into it it was underbaked, way too soft, and doughy. This is very disappointing. I have always been a huge Cinnabon fan but it appears that your standards are dropping and this is unacceptable, especially if your customers are paying that amount on a snack.

I will be waiting for correspondence from you.

They replied asking me for my cell number and promised to contact me on Monday. It is Thursday now and despite me even REMINDING them to call me, I have received no response.

Does a company which delivers poor quality food and does not take the time to respond to loyal customers deserve my patronage? I think not. Very disappointed in your customer service and your Cinnabons of late.
