Quality of work and product used

On the 22/12/2012 myself, sister & mom had appointments at DM - Canal Walk to have our nails done. We chose to have the NSI Polish Pro done because on the website it states that it is "UV-cured polish that gives you two weeks of lasting shine without chipping, smudging or cracking. It can be easily removed at a salon." This is definitely FALSE advertising, because the nail polish comes off the very next day already, chipping at the edges, etc. And it wasnt only me, my sister and mom too. We went back to the branch & told them exactly what happended & showed them our nails. I asked for a refund, but they said they dont do refunds, and that they can give all 3 of us gift cards to use at another branch, but after reading all this bad reviews and complaints I dont want to go to ANY other DM branch. I want mine, my sisters and my mother's money refunded because they are falsely advertising a product. I will then rather use my money at Sorbet who does an excellent job and their Gelish definitely doesnt chip, crack or come off from the 2nd day already. DM is suppose to be such a reputable name, is this the type of BAD product and POOR service they use to delivering their clients?? DISGUSTED
