Malicious damage to property

We bought a BB pistol from Dad's toys and guns in Canal Walk for R1500. We take it back to them yesterday after 2 weeks (only been used twice) cause it keeps on getting stuck and the bbs fall out every time we try to use it. The sales lady tests it and finds the exact same problem, but another sales guy tries it and claims that he can't find the problem. They REFUSE to replace it with another one or let us buy another, even though we said we wouldn't mind paying in for a more expensive one, cause "their gunsmith wants to have a look at it." So today we fetch it and suddenly it is damaged in 2 places and therefore they now can't replace or refund it!!! That's malicious damage to property and we have made a case against them with the SAP! These people are downright corrupt!
