After sales service is non existent!

My son, aged 14, saved for more than a year to buy himself a decent BB Gun. He spent R600 on a beauty at Dad's Toys. He used this gun for just under 2 weeks when the whole thing fell apart. We took the gun back to Dads Toys so that they could assist with putting it back together. They kept the gun for more than a month and after several calls, they said that one of the parts had broken and they were unable to find another one. I took the matter up with the manager of the store, hoping that they would consider replacing the broken gun - only to be told very abruptly that their products do NOT carry any guarantees and that i should come and fetch the broken gun and keep it!!! I am also in an industry where I have to deal with the public - this is NOT the way to do business.
