Mangwanani Private African Day Spa
HiLIFE Spa: false advertising and poor service

I bought two expensive full day spa vouchers from HiLife. Firstly, they brag that it is possible to chose from a variety of differnt spas, and that is is possible to have champagne pick ups from various points such as carnival city. It turns out that you can only go to one spa in joburg, and all the pick up options are no longer available. I now have to drive myself an hour, where I would only have driven 10 minutes as I was lead to believe. On trying to make a booking, nobody recognised my vouchers?! Eventually, after 2 rude consultants, I reached someone who actually knew what a hilife voucher was. She asked for my reference number, and said it would take a day to verify with hilife. She said she would call the next day. Its a week later, still no word. If Mangwanani is no longer associated with Hilife, they need to withdraw their vouchers from shops. If they still are associated, they need to update the information on the vouchers and properly train their booking staff. I'm getting very annoyed, and starting to feel like I wasted a lot of my money.
