The bin men came to empty my bin and dropped it and now the lid has broken off. I would like Pikitup to replace my bin as I am paying R231.03 for their services each month. I have registered a complaint on their website on 28/2/2013 and I sent an email to them 26/2/2013 and nobody has contacted me regarding the replacement of my bin.
