THEY DON'T CALL THE CUSTOMER BACK

I had to use 24fix as the autoglass supplier for it is the preference of the insurer for replacement of a front windscreen. When the person at the call centre called me, I did not have all the details at hand, as my vehicle was still at the Panel Beater and I asked him to call me back the next day at an agreed time, when the time came, I could not take the call and he NEVER called me back thereafter in 6 days. Even when I phone the office to ask him to phone me, he does not call me back - BAD BAD SERVICE!!! and now I still have to rely on the company to do a good job with 'ALTERNATIVE" glass (as per their website).
