Parcel frozen near 1 month

Had a package posted to me from Randpark Ridge post office (Accepted 12 Feb 2013) it was delivered to WITSPOS superhub the same day and has never left the hub.
How long will my parcel stil be there, nobody knows?
Next time I will really consider using courier services.
Tried phoning their national contact centre but there is a voice saying nobody is available.
