Bad service

I purchased goods from Joryha Trading via Bid or Buy. They informed me parcel was sent via post office and that there is a strike on at the moment. They gave me a parcel tracking number which belongs to another person in Wesselbron. I have sent emails to Ryan but no responces. I have also sent an email to Bid or Buy and I am still waiting for a responce. Purchase was made on the 13th of February and they received payment from Bid or Buy on the 15th. Parcel was sent on the 18th of February.
