Being a client of Pool & Spa for many years the last 5 weeks have been a real dissapointment. Spend over R5000 in pool chemicals and services, only for the water to be clear for a 3 day period max. Then the cycle starts again, go back, test water, more chemicals, no change, let them come out, pay more!
Last week I left 3 messages, from Tuesday to Thursday, Heidi, one of the sales assistants took my call and was not happy to hear of my problem. Immediately said I should deal with Danie, the manager. Danie was never available, never called back. Yesterday afternoon late I finally called again and got hold of Danie. He knew immediately who I was and I was absolutely shocked to hear the attitude / response I got! Both Danie and Heidi acted beyond unproffesional, never cared about listening to my side, actually attacked me for being not happy. They did not want to take any responsibility for the situation, just not interested.
I went to Swimpool Centre in NP yesterday, they came out and Im happy to report that our pool is now clear! They provided all the chemicals, will return tommorow, all this for R900!!! What a pleasure!
