Lost or Package

I bought a package online which is meant to be delivered through the mail. On the 04/02/2013 it was scanned at SECUREMAIL (HUB) and it says it is in transit. That is the last I have seen of it as it has not been scanned again.
I have tried emailing customer services and there is no reply good or bad, . I have also sat on the phone twice with no one picking up after half an hour both times. I have always had good service from the Post Office until now. I am now beginning to see where all the bad stories come from.
