Parcels not being delivered

I am still waiting for my parcels since 13/02/2013. I really am frustrated at SAPO. I have phoned numerous times and then is told that it is at the postoffice which is so far from the truth. It is still stuck at Tshwane Hub, when will the people start working??? I have also spoken to the supervisor Hester/Ester at SAPostoffice track and trace on Friday 15 February and she promised to phone me back on Monday to let me know about my 2 parcels. I am still waiting for her phonecall!!! I have then tried to phone her and left message to phone me back but with no luck. This is UNEXCEPTABLE service!! Why does the postoffice have people that are not willing to do their jobs? Rather Fire these people and get others in who ARE actually willing to work. This is UNEXCEPTABLE to wait for 2 weeks for parcels when in actual it should take 5 to 7 days.

It is not the first time that I have had issues with parcels not being delivered on time!! Enough is now enough!!! Please do something about this pathetic service.
