I ordered the paving bricks and before they deliver i changed the colour of the pave that i want 4 times because i was not sure of the what i want and i did that over the phone and by driving to their office BUT sonja the lady who helped me was so patient with me and understand my situation. MVA delivered the pave on time and after two days i called MVA to order more brick about 4 pallet next day in the morning i called them to cancel 2 pallet as my paving guy said he will need only 2 not 4 anymore, and take the money for the other 2 pallet to pay for the delivery, get the refund of the difference, around 11:50am my paving gay told me that we might not need those 2 anymore so i have to cancel all the order, i went to the MVA offices to cancel, Sonja was so polite and patience and helpful, this kind of service we need as customers because when we do paving it is the big investment to your home and we needed to be sure that we are choosing the right color.
