Where is my replacement bin ordered in April 2012?

I have been trying to get a replacement bin since I moved into my house over two years ago. The bin has no lid and creates a problem with flies and rats.

Over the years I have spoken to numerous call centre agents as well as staff in various depots: Gertrude, Simphiwe, Maurice, Bella and Ronel.

I have been promised a new bin "within 7 days" a number of times. No bin has been delivered.

Today I spoke to three call centre agents and was directed again to Simpiwe at the Norwood depot. I have spoken to two people at the depot and it seems that the lines are not working. I tried simple on his cellphone and there was no answer.

I would really like to speak to someone who can cut through the bureaucracy and assist me with the replacement of my bin.
