Very Poor Service

Vertex debited me on the 25th of January for a FNB account which I already settled directly with FNB. I sent an email to Ver-tex on the 30 of January advising them that the account is fully settled and requesting them to stop the debit orders. Portia responded to my email on 01 February stating that she needs to confirm with FNB before closing the account on their side which I understood. To this day I still did not receive any feedback from Ver-tex, for 's sake, the account is paid up, how long can FNB take to advise Ver-tex that the account is paid up? To add to my frustrations, every time I call Portia she is never available and does not return calls or either the switchboard number rings unanswered or the call gets dropped. I would like a call from one of their consultants as I have another issue to query besides the settlement one. I must say that I previously dealt with Salamina and she was very very helpful and always returned my calls.

However, what I am experiencing is now is very poor service.
