Incompetent Dog Breeder / Animal Cruelty

Purchased a Golden Retriever puppy. Don't be fooled by her website. Puppy delivered in a shocking state, covered in ticks & fleas and sick with 3 different parasites (had chronic diarrhea). Sold as a pedigree with registration papers and x-ray certificates but have yet to receive anything in the post. Zoetje was suspended from KUSA. She is registered with SA Dog Breeders but they won't do anything until there is a 3rd serious complaint lodged (I am 2nd - surely first one is enough?) Puppy was also extremely small for age. Possibly crossed with a Cocker Spaniel, only time will tell. Vaccination card not from a valid veterinarian, it seems she administers medication herself. She met us at Sasol at 4-way stop on Krugersdorp N14 highway intersection.
