Phone just rings - no feedback

How bizarre - this company is supposed to stock Electrolux parts. I have tried Electrolux to no avail as they have agents listed on their website - tried Makro no stock they dont keep the vacuum pipes - TECSA supposedly stocks the vacuum pipes. Tried to phone yesterday - left on hold for 20 minutes eventually find a number on website and speak to someone - I am still waiting for some feedback - they said they email Electrolux because they wait sometimes for an hour for the phone to be answered. What kind of company is? They know they have a problem and we members of the public must phone and wait and tolerate these service levels - all I want is a replacement vacuum pipe - how difficult is this?
