Bad Service and attitude at Mojo Auto Trade Route

I took my car to get washed and they informed me it will be done in an hour. I went after an hour and they only started washing my car! I stood and waited and told the manager to only clean the outside as I am in a hurry and i was told my car will be done in an hour. She very rudely said "No, who told you that? " and I responded " The guy who took my keys" and she ignored me. I get home and go to boot and find out that my boot was not washed properly! There is dirt on the bootlid that was not even wiped over! On a separate occasion I took my other car for a wax only for them to take my money and then tell me the polish can't remove the marks! I get home, take out my polish and Bobs your uncle! The marks vanish! I'm sick of the horrible service and attitude!
