Hurricane Jade
Poor service and faulty equipment for top price

I took my vehicle to Hurricane Jade carwash for a Typhoon carwash which costs R75 and includes wax treatment and other extras etc. I waited in the queue for over an hour and a half while ONE person was washing rims of waiting car, washing car in bay and manually pushing machine up and down as it wasn't working. As the entrance is one vehicle wide, once a car is behind you, you can't exit until you've gone through the carwash process. I waited a further hour & 15 minutes for my car to be vacuumed etc. I doubt any treatment and wax was applied as indicated, to me it seemed the car was just washed and dried as I could do at home. On returning home, I noticed that no treatment had been applied to the dash, nor was there any scent and on opening my boot I noticed that the boot had not been vacuumed. Shoddy service from Hurricane Jade who will not be seeing me again!
