Not arriving on specified day, TWICE now!!

In January, Karebo set a day 2 weeks ago to come install lights etc. and we spent the whole day waiting and they never arrived nor gave us a call or explanation. I called them on the following Monday after which they apologised and we rescheduled for 2 week later, being today. I've called twice this week (after being transferred to numerous people) to confirm that they were coming first thing this morning and both times there was no mention on the system of my request to have them come today.
This is such shocking service!! Their admin department is clearly useless and if they're not coping with high volumes then don't set a date with customers and then not arrive!! I am very disappointed.
