Disappointing service from Active Fumigation

I contacted Active Fumigation last November to arrange for a pest infestation treatment at my home. Two men arrived - a father & son team - & did the work. The next day, I found a spider, the following day fleas and in the days after that at least 4 - 5 other large insects. When I phoned to complain, I was promised a repeat of the work free of charge. I had to reschedule the first agreed on date, thereafter the company didn't arrive on the second date & finally, when they did come (the father only), he did not spray the inside of the house, only the outside. I pointed out that this was completely unhelpful, as the problem was inside, not outside. The father then became agitated & said that he would not 'do' the inside. It ended up with him slamming the phone down on me. I paid R700 for nothing! Only one of the four listed numbers works & no-one has responded to my sms to call me. I am naturally reluctant to call in case I get the father.
