I bought my Son some Mavic Crossmax Rims 29" for safety and protection, only to find out that their warranty/guarantee is worth nothing. He had an accident due to the Rim breaking in 3 places and buckling. According to Mavic - Dragons, if my Son was Pro this would not have happened. Do you need to be a Pro to ride with Mavic as no one lets you know this when you they take your money and no terms and conditions are received. Their service is terrible their Manager - Manager does not even return your calls. The best is that to cause that impact my Son had to jump from a height of 500mm and in his ignorance he did not know how to land the bike he caused this due to inexperience. But I have a video showing that he was doing gradual slopes and no jumping from heights. YOU ENTRUST THAT WHEN YOU BUY MAVIC YOU BUY QUALITY - DONT BELIEVE THIS OR THEIR GUARANTEE/WARANTEE.
