Bad service/daylight

I wanted to cancel the membership in Dec 2012 due to high premium but was offered a lower premium with the same package and we put it on hold till Jan. In Jan a consultant called and promised to confirm a lower premium with his supervisor as he appeared not knowing that he promised that. later that week they debited R395 from my account and he called me again on 12/02/13 and i requested him to cancel my membership, that was after a lengthy conversation, but to my surprise i was told to pay R600 cancellation fee saying its stipulated in their T&C, which is not and was not even told buy the one who helped me before. If they did, its suppose to be in the recodings of that day. Its a total ripoff and a daylight and their service is stinking and i have decided to seek legal advice and consult CRC.
