No phones and nobody comes back to me on email

I am trying to contact someone at Photo2print as each time I try and place my order I keep gettting the error message "Connecting to Web Server please wait.". I have tried to placec this order for 2 weeks now and keep getting the same error message. My voucher expires this week so I am hoping that you will honour the voucher considering I am not able to place the order.
