Hi, My cousin and I had an appointment at 4pm 08/02/2013. I arrived on time. It looked like the staff were running late, I was not impressed. Then they offered us the hard plastic seats to sit on at the nail bar. I told the staff that I was not happy and the staff did not know how to handle the situation. The lady running the shop (Monalisa Adam, name on the receipt) gave me a R15 discount for my inconvenience, for sitting on those hard plastic chairs. I wonder if she didn't feel embarrassed. My cousin and I were looking forward to this treatment. My cousin suggested that we go to Sorbet, this was my first and last time. I've been going for Spa treatments since I was a teenager and this service was SHOCKING!!! The staff at Sorbet overbooks then expects me as the client to be happy with a hard plastic chair. The lady running the front office had the nerve to tell us that their clients love doing their feet in those hard chairs. Sorbet, you have lost a potential client!!! The service in this country needs HUGE improvement. Don't worry as I will spread the word about the hard seats to everyone I know. SHOCKING!!! NOT HAPPY!!!
