Avon at it again

Again I placed my orders on the 25th of Jan and had to pay R1300 to release them on the 28th of Jan to release them. When i called the call centre to enquire I was told my order will be delivered between the 04/02/2013 and the 06/02/2013. It is now the 08/02/2013 and still no delivery. This time unlike last month I'm very very angry & to make things worse today & tomorrow the Call centre aint open due to a "system upgrade". I want my orders or refund & i want out of Avon.
