My car is gone and no one knows where it is

Took my Ranger in hail repair after which I was informed that it was going to Autobahn BMW for body repair. The lady gave me telephone number. It's a fax number and the number from which she phone was blocked. Now every one I phone has no clue of where my vehicle is. Not the Autobahn group.
