My vehicle is gone and no one knows where it is!

I took my vehicle in for hail repairs to be done and was informed by GHS that it they were finished and it needed to go for body work and they were sending the vehicle to Autobahn. The lady gave me a number and I phoned it, it was I fax. The said lady phoned from a blocked number so I could not even phone her back. I've phoned several Autobahn repair centers and yet no one knows of or where my vehicle is, not even GHS or Santam.
