We are facing a challenge at the moment. CLICKS RIVERSTONE MALL, MEYERTON
A clicks employee Kayla Klingenberg have been ordering food regularly since we opened. We deliver for her. She even ordered and not collect it which we had to waste.
Wednesday she ordered two scones from us. The staff thinking they are doing good put cream in take away container to give her more. She then placed a horrible review on our page and at same time we got to other * stars people that were not in the store. You can view the review. I answered her and said I am here today and will then investigate and rectify the issue for her.
Last night go got 3 more * reviews people not being in our store.
Going into their profiles they all gave ***** to Clicks and * to The Daily only.
This is instigated by her.
I need you to forward this to the owner of Clicks as I have already sent this to my attorney and also the franchisor as it is defamation of my name as well as the franchisor.
They need to within the next 4 hours rectify this matter urgently.
If this is how we promote this mall and supporting each other I have no hope for it!!
