I am very disappointed with the service I have received today.

As a first-time customer, I submitted my loan application at 8:53 AM. The application was approved, and all required documents were uploaded shortly after. However, it is now 3:45 PM, and I am still waiting for the verification to be completed.

Your website states that verification takes up to 3 hours, and payment should follow within 15 minutes — yet I have received no updates, despite this timeframe having long passed. This delay is especially concerning as I am dealing with an emergency and urgently need the funds.

I expected better communication and a faster turnaround based on the promises on your platform.
