Stuff ill-treating customers

Dear Cash Crusaders Management,

I hope this email finds you well. My name is Linda Mathole, and I am writing to express my concern regarding the customer service I experienced at your Southdale branch on my visit yesterday.

I was assisted by Mr. Thapelo Phiri when I previously pawned my M-Audio sound interface and Zoom microphone at your store. However, upon returning yesterday, I encountered an unpleasant interaction with one of your employees, Hellen. After greeting her upon entering the store, she abruptly asked, "What do you want?" in a dismissive tone. She then directed me to sit at a desk, even though there were no other customers, and remained focused on her phone during our exchange.

As I attempted to proceed with my request, Hellen told me, without inspecting my items, "We don’t take them." When I mentioned that I had successfully pawned the items there before, she ignored me and continued using her phone.

This is not the first instance I’ve witnessed her unprofessional conduct. On a separate occasion, I observed her speaking rudely to a potential customer who was interested in purchasing a large speaker. She told him, “We won’t help you without removing that hat.” When the customer questioned her approach, she started yelling, which led the customer to leave without completing their purchase.

I am disappointed by the lack of professionalism displayed, as I believe Cash Crusaders prides itself on excellent customer service. This kind of behavior does not reflect the standard I’ve come to expect from your brand.
