I am a frustrated resident who has taken out my refuse bags on Tuesday morning which is my collection date, our refuse was only collected today Thursday 6 /10/22 but mine was left behind because it apparently has Panelbeating waste in it, even so it is only news paper and plastic bottle but my daily refuse was also kept besides it. I require a vehicle 2 fetch my refuse or else this is going to make headlines
