You call them, "If" they can be bothered to answer your Q's,
Extremely polite operator tries to assist, Yet next day, the service is back to non existent.

Yet, I can bet you, all the seniors are sitting and celebrating their new cars and lifestyle whilst the whole country struggle to get anything simple done on their useless website.. I hope you and everyone involved in maintaining infrastructure will be without a job at some point in future, your'e all useless
