One Plan handed me over to debt collector although I have in writing from them that I do not owe them any money. Since the communication in Nov 20 - they never send me any communication in regard that I owe them anything, they handed me over to a debt collector. I have not as yet received any information from One Plan nor the debt collector on what they claim I owe and they not replying to my multiple requests. I have send both parties all the supporting information - no feedback.

I demand that One Plan rectify its accounts and stop the debt collector (at their own cost) and ensure my credit score is not effected what so ever!!!
