Wesson Dion Durant Responsible for Damages

On the 28/10/2015 at 10:40am Wesson Dion Durant of Hartig Roofing was with a company vehicle and knocked the back of my car. My car is new and still under warranty. He has promised to pay for the damages but has not done so yet. I did send a quotation to him of which he said that the company would be paying this week, no payment has been received. I have called 0116082605 and spoken to Dawn, she said that she has nothing to do with Hartig Roofing. Dawn has given me the number for Cloudia 0823457648 but there is no answer whenever i call. All i want is for the responsible parties to be honest and cover the cost of damages that they caused and not hide, be dishonest and avoide calls and contact to make arrangements for payment.
