La Verna Hospital
This is a complaint about La Verna hospital in Ladysmith

I have had not one, but two bad experiences at La Verna Hospital in Ladysmith. No matter how nice the building is done up on the outside, it all comes down to the service you get in the inside. The staff of sisters, nurses etc. there horrified me on both occasions, the recent being now in March. They are rude, abrupt and have no respect. They have no sympathy for patients, and treat visitors badly. The attitude of most of them is that you are disturbing them, and they do not want to be bothered or even be there! I can understand that the work they do is sometimes difficult, but it is what they chose to do, so should accept the responsibilities that come with it.
If you do not like what you do, why do it and make a not so happy moment[being in hospital] an even unhappier one.
So disappointed!
